Zetland Apartment
This project transformed a new-build apartment with custom joinery to maximise storage, functionality, and visual appeal. An outdoor built-in bar was crafted to seamlessly blend with the entertaining space, while a false floating wall in the living room introduces both definition and architectural interest. Bespoke bookshelves in the bedrooms were designed for practicality without compromising style.
Materiality played a central role in the design, with a layered palette of warm timbers, soft neutral tones, and subtle metallic accents bringing depth and sophistication to the interiors. Textural contrasts, from smooth surfaces to tactile finishes, were carefully considered to create a home that feels both refined and welcoming. Every detail was tailored to enhance daily living while adding character and cohesion throughout the apartment.

COLOUR PALETTE & MATERIALS
Bold accents colour palette
Masculine design.
This project explores a bold, masculine palette grounded in deep timbers and rich black accents, balanced with softer materials to create depth and contrast. Layered textures play a key role, with tactile bouclé finishes paired against warm tan leathers and clean, sleek lines. The result is a refined yet grounded interior that feels strong and considered, while remaining inviting and texturally rich.
